It is more important than ever to price your house very competitively and present it in a lovely looking package to get it sold as soon as possible. With the house price forecast dropping sellers have to be very realistic about their price. I have seen sellers do multiple price changes to attract the buyers. As a seller, probably with a family, you don't want to do this to yourself, you have enough in your life to deal with. It is stressful enough selling, buying and moving without putting yourself through the uncertainty of whether your house will sell or not. Remember it is a buyer's market and will be for awhile.
